03Quotations and bookings
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to space, equipment availability and correct cargo details.
Rates assume the cargo description, weight and dimensions you supply are accurate. Discrepancies found on weighing or measurement may change the price.
A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation.
04Your responsibilities
You confirm that the cargo details, classifications and documents you provide are accurate and complete.
You confirm the cargo is not prohibited, and that any required licences, permits or declarations have been obtained.
You are responsible for packing the cargo adequately for the carriage booked, unless we have been engaged to pack it.
05Liability
Our liability for the carriage, handling and storage of cargo is governed by the applicable transport document, the terms of the relevant convention or statute, and the standard trading conditions that apply to the service.
Carrier liability limits are generally well below cargo value. We recommend all-risk marine or transit insurance for every shipment and can arrange it on request.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
