Where we need people

Run FCL and LCL bookings end to end: carrier bookings, container allocation, stuffing coordination and milestone updates to customers.
What we're looking for- Comfort with numbers, schedules and detail
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Graduate; a logistics diploma helps but is not essential
Prepare and file shipping bills and bills of entry, classify goods, and resolve queries directly with customs officers.
What we're looking for- Working knowledge of HS classification and valuation
- Experience with Indian customs procedures and EDI filing
- The patience to get a file right before it is submitted
Plan heavy-lift and ODC moves: route surveys, lifting plans, permits and on-site execution supervision.
What we're looking for- Engineering background, ideally mechanical or civil
- Experience with ODC movement, rigging or heavy transport
- Willingness to be on site when the piece moves
Build the customer book on your lanes — prospecting, solution design with operations, and owning the relationship after the first shipment.
What we're looking for- Freight forwarding or logistics sales experience
- Understanding of lane economics and how rates are built
- A record of keeping customers, not just winning them
Run inbound receipt, put-away, export packing and dispatch, keeping inventory accurate and cargo ready before cut-off.
What we're looking for- Warehouse or CFS operations experience
- Comfort with inventory systems and stock accuracy
- Safety-first approach to handling and material movement
A rotation through ocean, air, customs and warehousing before you specialise — the fastest way to learn how the whole chain fits together.
What we're looking for- Graduate in any discipline; commerce or logistics is a plus
- Genuine curiosity about how global trade works
- Willingness to start on the desk and learn the detail
